Late

I haven't paid this months phone bill, or my broadband bill. I'm going
to end up paying late payments which is a tiny bit unfair seeing as
I'm a poor student and I have been unable to get to my house and sort
the bills and none of my housemates have been around to get them done.

I don't understand how I became the sensible one who had to sort all
this stuff out...
