I Refuse To Do That Anymore!

Hello Everyone,

 

Yes, I know everybody wants me to do that. But, NO, I just flat out refuse to. Why would I ever want to settle for that. I mean why does anybody settle for that? Would you???

 

That is the exact conversation I had with someone just a couple of years ago. This person was smart, hard working, good looking and, even more importantly, they were deserving. I absolutely know these things for a fact. How do I know that? Easy! I was looking in a mirror talking to myself. Other people were watching me at the time and thought I was CRAZY! But to me, it was the most sense I had ever made.

 

What did I refuse to do you ask? I refused to work one more day for what someone else said I was worth. I refused to dance to their tune and their time clock. I refused to donate the next 30 years of my life for a pat on the back and a fake gold watch.

 

You know exactly what I'm talking about. It's a JOB. I'm also sure you know by now what the word J.O.B. stands for because you're probably living its' definition: "Just Over Broke!" Don't get me wrong, at the time I was thankful to be working. But, knowing what I know now, I kick myself for not waking up earlier and demanding something better for me and my family.

 

Look, I'm no Braniac. But I'm smart enough to know to jump on the bus when I it's heading to the bank. And the answer to your question is DEFINITELY NOT! I did not take someone else's word for. I did my homework. I did my research. I emailed and talked to about 40 people to prove to myself that what I had been hoping for was in fact the real deal.

 

That's why I'm writing you today. I want to share with you what I stumbled onto. Am I going to make a buck if you jump on board? YOU BET!  But, really, WHAT DO YOU CARE if you're going to make a buck too? That's what this is all about. Making money together.

 

Look, you can either make money or you can make excuses. You can't do both. You can either control your future or you can let someone else tell you how much you are worth and when, where and how high to jump for the next 30 years. You can't do both.
